Because each Studio Stitched piece is customized specifically for you, all personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Please double-check your spelling, personalization, icon selections, and other custom details before placing your order. We stitch exactly what you submit.

That said, we always want to make it right. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from the personalization you submitted, contact us with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll review it and make every reasonable effort to resolve the problem.

Small variations in embroidery placement, thread, and appearance are a natural part of the personalization process and are not considered defects.
