Welcome to Studio Stitched. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from Studio Stitched. By visiting our website, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Throughout these Terms, “Studio Stitched,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Studio Stitched. “You” refers to any visitor, customer, or user of our website.

1. ONLINE STORE TERMS

By using this website, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or jurisdiction of residence or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use this website.

You may not use our products, website, or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel an order, or limit quantities when reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, pricing errors, inventory issues, or violations of these Terms.

2. PRODUCTS & PERSONALIZATION

Studio Stitched offers products that may be personalized, customized, embroidered, patched, made to order, or produced specifically according to selections submitted by the customer.

It is your responsibility to carefully review all personalization details before completing your purchase, including, where applicable:

Names, initials, phrases, and spelling
Fonts and thread colors
Icons and patches
Product colors and sizes
Placement and customization selections
Quantities and other order details

We produce personalized items according to the information submitted with your order. Studio Stitched is not responsible for errors in personalization information submitted by the customer.

If you notice an error after placing an order, contact us immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes when possible, but changes cannot be guaranteed once production has begun.

3. PERSONALIZATION VARIATIONS

Because many Studio Stitched products are individually personalized, slight variations may occur between products and between website imagery and finished pieces.

Variations in embroidery, stitching, thread, patch placement, positioning, texture, materials, sizing, or color may occur as part of the production process and are not necessarily considered defects.

Colors may also appear differently depending on your screen, device, lighting, or photography.

4. PRE-ORDERS & FULFILLMENT

Certain Studio Stitched products may be offered on a pre-order or made-to-order basis.

Our current estimated pre-order fulfillment timeline is approximately 4–6 weeks before shipment, unless otherwise stated on the applicable product page or at checkout.

This timeline is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date. We will make reasonable efforts to fulfill and ship orders as quickly as possible.

By purchasing a pre-order product, you acknowledge the stated estimated fulfillment timeline.

Please consider our production timeline as well as carrier transit time when ordering for a particular event, holiday, trip, gift, or deadline. Studio Stitched cannot guarantee delivery by a particular date unless expressly agreed to by us in writing.

5. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.

Prices, products, promotions, and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing, product information, typographical, or other errors.

Payment is due at the time an order is placed unless another payment arrangement is expressly offered.

Additional personalization options may incur additional charges. Any applicable charges will be presented before the order is completed.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated and displayed where required.

6. SHIPPING

Shipping estimates are separate from production and fulfillment times.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing may be affected by circumstances outside Studio Stitched's control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. If you discover an address error, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.

Studio Stitched is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control, subject to applicable law.

7. RETURNS, REFUNDS & FINAL SALE ITEMS

Because personalized and made-to-order products are created specifically for each customer, personalized and made-to-order purchases are final sale and generally cannot be returned, exchanged, canceled, or refunded.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the personalization submitted with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs documenting the issue.

Approved remedies may include replacement, repair, store credit, or refund depending on the circumstances and as permitted by applicable law.

Additional information is available in our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.

8. SPECIAL & CUSTOM ORDERS

Requests submitted through our Special Requests or custom-order process are not automatically accepted orders.

Studio Stitched may review the request and provide separate pricing, timelines, minimum quantities, deposits, design requirements, or other terms before accepting the project.

Custom artwork, specialty sourcing, bulk production, rush requests, or other work outside our standard product offering may require additional fees.

9. CUSTOMER-SUBMITTED CONTENT

If you provide Studio Stitched with text, artwork, logos, images, designs, trademarks, or other materials for use in a custom product, you represent that you own or have permission to use those materials for the requested purpose.

You agree not to submit content that infringes another party's intellectual-property rights or is unlawful, abusive, hateful, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise prohibited by law.

We reserve the right to decline personalization or custom requests at our reasonable discretion.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, the Studio Stitched website and its original content—including branding, graphics, photography, product imagery, website copy, designs, layouts, creative concepts, and other materials—are owned by or licensed to Studio Stitched and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, publish, or commercially exploit Studio Stitched content without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

Purchase of a Studio Stitched product does not transfer ownership of Studio Stitched intellectual property.

11. ACCURACY OF WEBSITE INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display and describe our products.

However, we do not warrant that every product description, photograph, color, price, availability status, or other website detail will always be completely accurate, current, or error-free.

We reserve the right to correct errors and update information when necessary, including after an order has been submitted, subject to applicable law.

12. PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNT CODES

Promotional offers and discount codes may be subject to separate conditions, expiration dates, exclusions, and usage limitations.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be combined. Studio Stitched reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotions as permitted by law.

13. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our website may use or provide access to third-party services, including Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, analytics providers, social platforms, and other technology providers.

Your use of certain third-party services may also be governed by those providers' terms and privacy practices.

Studio Stitched is not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not own or control.

14. PROHIBITED USES

You may not use our website to engage in unlawful activity; violate intellectual-property rights; transmit malicious code; interfere with website security or operation; scrape or collect information in violation of applicable law; impersonate another person; commit fraud; or otherwise misuse our services.

We may restrict access to our services for violations of these Terms.

15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Studio Stitched will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, products, or services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

16. INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Studio Stitched and its owners, affiliates, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of our website or services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another party's rights.

17. PRIVACY

Your submission of personal information through our website is governed by our Privacy Policy.

18. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms periodically. Any updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Your continued use of the website after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

19. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms will be governed by the laws of the state in which Studio Stitched is legally established and operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
