RETURNS & REFUNDS

Because Studio Stitched products are personalized or made specifically for you, all personalized and made-to-order purchases are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, canceled, or refunded.

Please double-check your spelling, personalization, colors, fonts, icons, patches, sizes, and other selections before ordering. We produce your piece based on the information you submit.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at studiostitchedsupport@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We’ll review the issue and make every reasonable effort to make it right.

Slight variations in embroidery, stitching, patch placement, color, texture, or positioning are a natural part of personalized production and are not considered defects.

Nothing in this policy limits rights provided by applicable consumer-protection laws.

SHIPPING & PREORDERS

Studio Stitched products are personalized and made just for you. Please allow approximately 4–6 weeks for preorder items to ship, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

We’ll always work to get your order stitched, packed, and on its way as quickly as possible. The 4–6 week timeframe is an estimate and does not include carrier transit time.

Once an order has shipped, you’ll receive tracking information when available. Studio Stitched is not responsible for carrier delays or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout, subject to applicable law.

Because materials and production capacity are reserved for personalized orders, preorders are subject to our final-sale policy.
